WIKIPEDIA STATES THAT THIS WAS THE HOME OF THE FIRST NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP IN 1939. OREGON BEAT OHIO STATE 46-33. ON THE RIGHT IS A PHOTO FROM WIKIPEDIA OF SAN ANTONIO'S ALAMODOME, HOME OF THE 2008 NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Very Interesting. How did you know that and where did you find the pictre?
The postcard of the old gym is one I have in my collection of sports postcards. The photo of the Alamodome was found on wikipedia.com. I discovered the location of the first NCAA championship when I was researching my postcard.
